The Teacher Training and Innovation Center of Valladolid is dedicated to the permanent training of the teaching staff, making it dynamic, in continuous growth and contributing to a constant improvement of the teaching activity and, therefore, of the educational quality.
In the following mental map you can see our main tasks:
- To plan and to organize activities whose contents are determined by the needs of the educational system, by the educational project of the school and by the professional and personal qualification of teachers.
- To value training as a key strategy in the process of dignifying the role of teacher through the certification of the activities in which they participate.
- To promote the evaluation of learning, encouraging reflection and debate, as well as promoting new dynamics of innovation and educational research.
- Promover procesos de evaluación del aprendizaje, fomentando la reflexión y el debate, así como impulsar nuevas dinámicas de innovación e investigación educativa.
